New York Bridal Market: Day One

For us, day one of the New York Bridal Market was a whirlwind of excitement and activity. The main event is at the InterContinental Barclay with other designers setting up meetings in their showrooms and elsewhere around town.

To get our feet wet we spent some time touring around the market and checking out some new designers - some of whom we are VERY excited about! But more on that after we make our final buying decisions :)

We checked out some jewelry vendors to find a good fit for the shop and had our long awaited meeting with the designer of Haute Bride. We had planned to make a list of about 20 items that we were interested in carrying, but ended up with closer to 40...decisions, decisions.

Of course we had to stop and visit with Fancy - and got a chance to see some of the gowns we selected on their model:
Blair:
Veronica - we got this one with a mocha-colored sash.
Emily - although we opted for a white sash.
Another busy day is upon us - check for more updates soon!
