When I think about the Oriental Trading Company I can't help but think of bulk quantity carnival prizes. So when we recently received a catalog touting their wedding wares I did not have high hopes. While some of the items are admittedly cheesy, I suspect that there are some diamonds in the rough to be had (I only say suspect because I have not seen them in person to verify their quality):
I think these laser-cut cupcake collars are quite pretty - perfect for dressing up cupcakes served at your reception or shower.
For the DIY bride making her own ceremony decorations, these pew clips seem like a real deal ($5.99 for a dozen) AND are top rated on the site!
I found this Easy Floral Arranger very intriguing. Don't think I am brave enough to tackle making my own bouquet but I kind of want to get one of these for at-home flower arrangements!
$5.99 for 30-yards of satin ribbon in three sizes seems pretty reasonable to me!
Likewise this is the best price I have found on these clear favor-boxes.
Moral of the story - you may want to give OTC a second look when scouting out inexpensive wedding supplies!
